Booking Amount and Refund Policy

Payments received as an Expression of Interest (EOI) or booking amount by A & T Comfort Homes shall be refunded in full if the customer decides to cancel the booking within the applicable pre-booking period.

However, if the developer, builder, or project authority imposes any cancellation charges, the same may be deducted from the refund amount before processing the refund.
